any way that affects the member's experience, and not to
use any data mining, robots, cancelbots, trojan horse,
or any data gathering or extraction method in connection
with your use of the Web Site.

your own risk; the content, accuracy, opinions
expressed, and other links provided by these resources
are not investigated, verified, monitored, or endorsed
by Noesis Interactive.
MEMBERSHIP &
REGISTRATION
Certain areas of the
Web Site may require registration or may otherwise ask
you to provide information to participate in certain
features or access certain content. The decision to
provide this information is purely optional, however if
you elect not to provide such information, you may not
be able to access certain content or features or
participate in various area of the Web Site. You may
also provide information to us in other contexts,
including for example in order to enter a promotion.
When you register or become a Member of Noesis Interactive or

boards and chats room). You agree that we may use the

Noesis Interactive, you agree to accept responsibility for all

and agree you will not sell, transfer or assign your
Membership or any Membership rights. You are responsible
for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and
for restricting access to your computer so that others
may not access the Web Site using your name in whole or
in part. We reserve the right to terminate Membership
and deny access to the site to any person who violates
these Terms of Service.

our affiliated companies, participating companies or
agents, and each of their respective partners,
suppliers, licensors, officers, agents, from any and all
claims (including, but not limited to, claims for
defamation, trade disparagement, privacy and
intellectual property infringement) and damages
(including attorney's fees and court cost) arising from
or relating to any allegation regarding:
- Your use of the Web Site;
- The Web Site use of any content or information you
provide, as long as our use is not inconsistent with
this Agreement;
- Information or material posted or transmitted
through your My Virtual Membership Discount Card
account, even if not posted by you; and
- Any violation of this Agreement by you.
INTERNATIONAL
MEMBERS
The Web Site is controlled,
operated and administered from our registered office
located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We make no
representation that materials or content available
through the Web Site are appropriate or available for
use outside Malaysia and access to them from territories
where their contents are illegal is prohibited. You may
not use the Web Site for any illegal purpose or export
the content in violation of any Malaysian Laws and
regulations. If you access the Web Site from a location
outside Malaysia, you are responsible for compliance
with all local laws. Such member, however, is required
to register at our office upon their arrival in Malaysia
in order to enjoy the facilities and services provided
by us and My Virtual Discount Cardshall only be valid
insofar as the date of their stay in the Malaysia is
approved by the Immigration Department.
MISCELLANEOUS
Noesis Interactive
reserves the right to change these Terms of Services at
anytime in its discretion and to notify members of any
such changes solely by changing this Term of Services.
Your continued use of the Web Site after the posting of
any amended Terms of Services shall constitute your
agreement to be bound by any such changes. Please note
that your use of the Web Site prior to this Terms of
Service was posted will be governed according to the
Terms of Service that applied at the time of your
use.
Noesis Interactive may modify, suspend, discontinue or restrict the use of any portion of the Web Site including the availability of any portion of the Content at anytime, without notice or liability.
Noesis Interactive may deny access to any member at anytime for any reason. In addition, we may at anytime transfer its rights and obligations under this Agreement to any of our affiliate, Participating Companies, subsidiary or business unit, or any of our affiliated companies or divisions or any entity that acquires Noesis Interactive or any of its assets.
These Terms of use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws in Malaysia.
If for any reason any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to affect the intent of the parties as reflected in that provision and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. Any failure of Noesis Interactive to enforce or exercise any provision of this Agreement or related right shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
CHILDREN/DIRECT NOTICE TO PARENTS
We have no intention of collecting any personal data from individuals under eighteen years of age without parental consent. Where appropriate, we will specifically instruct children not to submit such information on the Web Siteand/or will take reasonable steps to ensure parental consent to such submission.
In the event we run a contest or other program that requires submission of information from children, your consent is required. Notice may be provided in a number of ways, including sending an email message or a notice by postal mail. At any time you may write to the email address below to request a summary of any information we have retained or to ask that it be
